In this 3-part QiGong series, you will learn a 9 movement set of "Longevity QiGong" or Yang Sheng Gong. The goal of this practice is to equip students with a daily practice of movement to support a pain-free life.

QiGong is an ancient Chinese practice, similar to Tai Chi but less martial artsy. QiGong involves a combination of movement, breath, and meditation practice that has been shown to reduce pain, evoke the relaxation response, and build resilience in the nervous system.

Even if you don’t have a tricky relationship with pain, you are still welcome! If you love to move, breath, and want to feel more calm and focused, this is for you!

In this course, you will receive 3 classes taught by Dr. Rachel Silverstone, DTCM. Each class ranges between 45-60 minutes long.

Taught by Dr. Rachel Silverstone, DTCM, L. Ac. in partnership with Dr. Emily Warren, DPT.
