The instructors
The Strong Bones Strength Program is a supervised, small-group strength training program designed for women with osteoporosis or osteopenia who want to get stronger—but don’t feel confident doing it on their own yet. This is not a typical fitness class. Each 45-minute session (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:00–12:45 PM in May) is coached by a physical therapist (BoneFit trained), with a focus on safe, progressive weight training, proper form, and individualized modifications so you can build strength without second guessing your body.
This is a starter launch with only 8-10 women max, allowing for close supervision and support. Members can attend up to 8 sessions per month ($199/month), with ~9 sessions offered and the ability to roll over up to 2 missed sessions if needed. If you haven’t worked with me before, a 30-minute initial consultation ($100) is required to review your history and ensure the program is safe and tailored to you from day one.
